Haus Reichert is such a cozy place. The historic charm brought an authentic feel that I really appreciated. My single room was spacious, located on the top floor, and had a lovely balcony with a festive view of the Christmas market. Breakfast included warm rolls and fresh fruit, truly a great way to start the day. The staff offered a warm reception and the housekeeping was spot on, ensuring everything was tidy and clean. The location made everything accessible, with many restaurants nearby and the casino just a stroll away. However, the bathroom fan was a bit frustrating, as it didn't function consistently. Also, the elevator was out of service during my stay, requiring a walk outside to reach another one. Despite these minor hiccups, my overall stay was enjoyable, and I look forward to returning.

A bathroom fan that worked inconsistently was a bit frustrating.

Check-in was a hassle. reconstruction limited access, and inconsistency with room soundproofing made for noisy nights. Breakfast service was a letdown, with staff comments and a tight ending time that felt unwelcoming.

I expected a room change, as my comfort is clearly less important than others. The breakfast staff were shockingly rude, rushing us out despite being ten minutes before closing. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.
